Purchasing Assistant
£20,000
Temp-Perm
Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Basingstoke (Office Based)
We are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Assistant to join a team of 4 in central Basingstoke. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a dynamic and interesting company who are continuosly growing! There is free on site parking available.
Ideally you will have excellent PC skills and be able to adapt to new programmes quickly
Good attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Organised and able to manage own workload
Experience within a procurement/buying department preferred but not essential
Duties will include:
Creation/Submission of Purchase Orders
Ensure Pricing is updated correctly on system
Check/Maintain specific Stock levels
Establish Relations with specific Suppliers
Relay ETA/Product Information to Sales Team
Assist fellow team members with daily dutiesApply today!
