Assembly Operatives

The Company:
Heathfield Newton Abbot based opportunity to start in a temporary Assembly role, this will suit someone with an aptitude and ability to pick up the tasks speedily showing a good work ethic and commitment.  You will join a forward-thinking manufacturer of quality products and you will build and assemble components across the range of the company’s products. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
·        assemble components for the company’s products
·        Actively check all components for good quality
·        Improve productivity and efficiency through recommending change in working methods and tooling
·        Maintain consistent housekeeping standards within the manufacturing areas
 
Preferred Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to use initiative where required   
Ability to cope well under pressure
 
Personal Attributes:
Good team player with excellent listening skills and the ability to take instruction and pick up new tasks.
Health & Safety awareness and adhere
