Data and Quality Technician
This entry level role will involve working with our Senior Analysts to help them deliver and manage software development projects for major clients in the food industry. This will include technical data interpretation and entry, data validation and quality control. Dependent upon the applicant, there may be the opportunity for a client facing element to the role. The role can be performed entirely remotely, and provision of hardware will be made.
We are looking for a technically minded, intelligent and enthusiastic individual who will relish the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth of this dynamic business.
The ideal applicant will have some experience of managing data sets with great attention to detail as well as a passion and aptitude for computer software and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Technical data load and validation
Basic analysis and validation of data sets
Carrying out data quality control processes
Key Skills
Strong mathematical and technical skills
First-rate analytical skills with good attention to detail
Self-motivated, highly organised and able to manage time effectively
A working knowledge of spreadsheets (in particular Excel) and databases
Professional, articulate and able to communicate well at all levels
