Description
As an Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be reporting into the Finance Director. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, producing reports, implementing and maintaining effective controls and processes, maintaining supplier accounts, ensuring the function is operating efficiently, supporting other members of staff with training and development, distribution of workload and monthly reporting.
Profile
Will have a high attention to detail
Have held a Team Leader/Supervisor role previously
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in high volumes of invoices & KPI reporting
Job Offer
£26,000 - £30,000 per annum + 22 days holiday (exc. bank holidays) + Statutory sick pay + free parking on site + free flu jab + subsidised canteen
