Administrator - Bury St Edmunds - £9.50 per hour – Monday to Friday - Temporary vacancy
Our client based in Bury St Edmunds is looking for an administration assistant to join their team. The purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to the busy team and help cover incoming calls as well as dealing with enquiries when required. The role is based in Bury St Edmunds and has on site parking.
Your main duties will include, but not limited to:
Help prepare marketing material
Ensure meeting rooms are ready for meetings or events
Deliver a high level of customer service for visitors
Maintain stationery supplies and order when required
Assisting with filing and archiving
Attend meeting as and when required so you are aware of internal and external developments
Skills:
Experience of working in an administrative or office role
Experience of prioritising workload and ensuring work is kept organised
Excellent telephone manner
Competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Good customer care skills
