Production Operative/Machine Operative/Warehouse Operative
Our successful client based in Braintree are looking for a Production Operative to join their friendly team. This is an amazing temp to perm opportunity with excellent benefits, including competitive pay, overtime opportunities, bespoke PPE, yearly health assessments and a great work environment.
The client setting is very industrial, so we are ideally looking for a candidate that is used to working hard in a manual intensive role. There are great opportunities to learn, grow and develop. In the role, you will be operating machinery and working as a team to complete production. If you have a Forklift license, you will also be completing forklift duties. If you do not have a forklift license, our client will pay and support you to obtain one.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating machinery safely
Ensuring production areas are clean and free from obstacles
Running quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet standards
Maintaining machines, and ensuring they run smoothly
Manual Handling and lifting in an industrial environment.
Moving good along the production line
FLT driving duties
Loading stock REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience working in Production roles
Willingness to learn
Ability to work well under pressureDESIRED SKILLS
FLT License (Counterbalance)Hours:
First 12 weeks -
Mon-Fri
8:30am-4:30pm
After 12 weeks -
Tues-Sat
8:30am-4:30pm
Salary: £8.91p/h or £10.00p/h with FLT License
Location: Braintree
Assignment: Temp (12 weeks) to Perm
