The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for managing a small but growing team in a fast paced environment.

Description

The key responsibilities for the successful Commercial Finance Manager will be:

- Managing and overseeing a small finance team within a growing business

- Balance sheet reconciliations and overseeing the month end activities

- Key involvement in the internal and external audit processes

- Leading finance projects to increase productivity and efficiency, enhancing the finance department

- Completion of US SOX requirements

- Reporting into the Senior Management, developing reports and key performance indicators.

Profile

The successful Commercial Finance Manager:

- Proven experience in Managing a team and monitoring the teams success

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA finalist

- 2+ years experience in finance related roles

- Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, vlookups)

- Customer Centric, responsible for increasing customer satisfaction

- Planning and Prioritisation skills

Ability to use rigorous logic to solve problems with innovative effective solutions
