Page Personnel is supporting a national not for profit organisation who need a Medical Resourcer and Administrator to join their team initially for 6 weeks with a possible extension.

The client is a globally known not for profit organsation. This role sits at their Bournemouth site with office presence required.
Description
As the Medical Resourcer and Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Communicating effectively with medical staff and building relationships
Involvement in the candidate selection process
Maintaining all accurate recruitment records
Ensure to be analytical and judge the need for additional support where medical appointments may be at risk
Arrange and organise interview processes, support inductions
Be the link of communication between hiring manager and candidate
Contribute to employment policies with up to date legislation knowledge
Profile
In order to be considered for the role, you must:
Be immediately available
Have previously worked in a similar role or have strong customer service background
Be highly organised
Be able to work to pressurised deadlines
Be able to multi-task and have an adaptable approach
Be able to communicate effectively - both written and verballyJob Offer
