Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Nelson (BB9 7LG)
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Shifts : Mon- Fri 08:00- 16:00 or 09:00- 17:00 (Flexible)
Contract Type: Permanent
The Company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator for our client who are an innovative and dynamic business dedicated to providing the next generation of large diameter drainage solutions.
You would be responsible for a number of duties including;
As a Sales Administrator , your duties will be:
* Working through and dealing with emails.
* Conducting updates on customers’ orders.
* Answering any customer queries and following up.
* Completing invoices and credit notes.
* Sales reporting.
* Conducting audit requests (Quality/ Accounts).
* General sales administration, filing etc.
An ideal Sales Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:
* Ideally worked in Sales/ Sales Admin previously.
* Commercial experience would be advantageous, however not essential.
* Ability to use Microsoft packages.
* SAGE experience would be ideal.
* Good communicator with both customers and colleagues both written and verbal.
