Responsive maintenance plumber required to cover the London Borough of Brent

Working directly for a housing association with a strong financial position and constant stream of work coming through. The team have a low turnover and has properties in the thousands.

Responsibilities:

Carry out response repairs
Fault finding
Minor repairs
Mainly Plumbing but may involve additional trade works associated
Customer focused
Problem solverRequirements

Good communication skills, excellent time keeping, a professional manner and excellent customer service
Clean & tidy
