Location: Nelson (BB9 7LG)
Salary: £20,000- £22,000 per annum
Shifts : Mon- Fri 08:00- 16:00 or 09:00- 17:00 (Flexible)
Contract Type: Permanent
The Company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator for our client who are an innovative and dynamic business dedicated to providing the next generation of large diameter drainage solutions.
Covering both Sales and Purchasing you would be responsible for a number of duties including;
As an Office Administrator, your duties will be:
* Coordinating meetings and appointments.
* Performing clerical tasks.
* Answering telephones.
* Responding to emails.
* Working on other areas of the business such as HR and Marketing etc.
An ideal Office Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:
* Worked in a similar role previously.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Good communication skills both written and verbal.
* Adaptable to change.
* SAGE experience would be advantageous, however not essential.
Additional Information
In return you will receive;
* Pension.
* 21 days holiday PLUS bank holidays, rising to 25 days holiday after 3 full years’ service.
* Flexible working hours
