Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Community Mental Health Nurse (RMN/CPN) Band 6 to join the Community Mental Health Team based out of Harrow in London. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The post holder will be an active member of the CMHT’s multidisciplinary team and provide individually tailored care packages for a defined caseload of adults of working age, and their families/carers, who have severe and enduring mental illness. The role will involve sharing responsibility for the overall smooth functioning of the Depot/Clozapine (point of Care Testing) Service. The post holder ensures the effective and safe assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of patients attending the Psychotropic medication/physical health Clinic.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £27.00 - £29.00 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
