Do you have excellent attention to detail and enjoy being on the phone? Meridian Business Support requires an Administrator to work from our Wakefield office ideally on a temporary basis to start ASAP.
Working Monday to Friday with flexibility around hours is on offer (full time 8-5 OR part time to suit school hours possibly) with remuneration of £9.50 per hour approx dependent on experience. This is an ongoing temporary role initially.
As Administrator, you will be working on one of Meridian’s biggest accounts, checking candidates have completed their online registrations from a web based platform and updating a tracker in Excel with correct information. In addition, it will be your responsibility to contact those candidates that have not yet completed their online registrations to understand if they are still interested in the role they had applied for.
We are keen to hear from candidates with excellent Administration skills who is organized with the ability to prioritise ever changing workloads effectively. You will have good Excel skills, and be IT savvy to navigate the web based compliance system. Recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
This role would suit: Administrator, Administration Assistant, Resourcer, Recruitment Administrator, HR Administrator, Compliance Administrator, Recruitment Coordinator, HR Coordinator
