School Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join a well-established primary school in Whitby, this is an ongoing part-time opportunity to cover staff sickness. You will be required to use the school management systems to perform day to day tasks and to be an all-round office support to the team. To be considered for this role you must have a current DBS on the update service.

Some of the Administrator responsibilities will be:

Using school management systems to perform day-to-day tasks (e.g lunch numbers/money, taking registers, communicating with parents and other stakeholders
Writing and sharing letters
Other communications with other stakeholders, dealing with telephone and visitor queries This will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 12:00pm earning a salary of £10.20-£10.60 per hour depending on experience.
