Job Title: E-commerce Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Type: Permanent
Due to continued growth, our client based in Milton Keynes is currently seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to assist their team with the day-to-day running of the website and help drive the brand forward online, while improving our customers' digital experience. You will work closely with the Operations and Marketing Teams to maintain and update the website, while striving to find ways to improve and develop the customer experience and digital platform.
Basic Functions
Customer Service
o Dealing with customer queries via e-mail or on the telephone
o Preparing pick tickets for orders received.
o Processing of returns and exchanges within a timely manner.
o Communicate with couriers about shipments
Inventory
o Managing inventory between wholesale and e-commerce, ensuring that size runs on the site are at an optimum level.
o Liaise with the buying team to plan future seasons and any web exclusives
o Coordinate price changes to align with seasonal/annual updates
Site Operations
o Ensure the site is functioning at all times
o Identify possible enhancements and issues
o Manage site navigation, search, categories & filters
o Merchandising the site on a regular basis, working with the marketing team based on e-mails sent to the database.
o Product uploads for web exclusives
Analysis
o Monitor and measure site performance
o Provide weekly/monthly reports based on products sold, orders placed, AOV, database size.
o Identify Growth opportunities
Skills & Experience
Demand ware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud Experience desired but not essential
Excellent numerical & analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Technical experience with e-commerce platforms
