Customer Service Manager

As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the Customer Service team to succeed and progress. You will also be responsible for monitoring key SLA's and KPI's and continuously look to improve the customer experience.

My Client, a highly successful organisation within their field and have been established for over 40 years. Due to continuous growth, they are searching for a Customer Service Manager to support and move the Customer Service function forward.

Description

As Customer Service Manager in Barnsley, your daily duties will include but wont be limited to:

To ensure all customer enquiries are resolved in a efficient/timely manner
Be on hand to support with escalated issues / complaints if necessary.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure customer service is maintained
Provide regular performance reports to the senior board
Work alongside the Sales Team with new and existing customers
Maintain company policy and procedure across the Customer Service Team
Update and monitor the system, ensuring customer details are inputted accuratelyProfile

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Manager, it is essential that you have minimum of 12 months experience in managing a team of direct reports. We are also looking for the following key attributes:

Excellent communication skills both to the team and customers
Be comfortable leading and supporting your team
A proactive attitude towards developing new processes within the department
Must be approachable and open to support members of the team
Proficient in Microsoft Excel - be comfortable managing reports
High attention to detail and accuracy
