Clientel: My client covers all aspects of Construction from Residnetial, Facilities, Healthcare, education and Comemrcial

Projects: High end residential, hospital refurbishments and facilities, education and commercial

Position: Seeking a Architectural Technologist to be based out of the Kent head office to assist with on site Design Queries, building control, liaising with planners, subcontractors and updating design program

Requirements

Previous experience as a Assistant Design Manager working for a Main Contractor
Project experience in Education/ Healthcare & commercial is ideal
CSCS is essential
Highly Organised
Good problem solvers
Work well under pressure
