WAREHOUSE PM SHIFT TEAM LEADER
LOCATION: CHESSSINGTON, SURREY
PERMANENT ROLE
SALARY: £24K+
SHIFT PATTERN: SUNDAY -THURSDAY
SHIFT TIME: 3PM-11PM
My client in Chessington, Surrey has a vacancy for a permanent role for a Warehouse Web Fulfilment /PM Shift Team Leader.
Responsibilities :
* Coordinating workloads and managing and motivating the team during shift .
* Offering training and support where needed
* Develop your team by focusing on individual performance using k.p.i’s to achieve high standards
* Monitor and manage all pick and packing processes and advise the fulfilment manager on improvements with focus on improvements in productivity and efficiencies
* Supporting with the supervision of annual warehouse stock take
Skills required:
* Good communication and organisational skills skills
* People management skills
* Able to work under pressure
* Team player
* Must have a positive and professional manner
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good IT skills, in particular warehouse management systems
* Good planning skills and able to meet targets and deadlines
Must have previous experience working within fulfilment as a team leader/supervisor -ecommerce sector
