Job role: Internal Recruitment Advisor

Job Type: Temporary Interim Support (Up to 3 months)

Location: Birmingham (Remote working 4 days per week / 1 day in the office)

Hours of work: 40 hours per week (9:00am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday)

Salary / Pay: Equivalent to £22'000 - £33'000 (DOE)

Office Angels have a fantastic interim opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Advisor to work for a reputable global retailer within their UK based Head Office. Offering your skills and expertise; this role will hold the responsibility of being focused on delivering high quality and outstanding recruitment solutions across corporate business functions in 15 countries. You will support and work collaboratively alongside the Senior Recruitment Business Partner to source, assess, hire and retain top talent for the business.

Responsibilities will include:

Working closely with senior management and hiring managers by developing and driving strategies to recruit top talent in a highly competitive market
Identifying talent and sourcing candidates for corporate roles; job posting, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, career fairs, hiring and networking events
Screening candidates against specific selection criteria and completing written evaluations to share with relevant hiring managers
Developing competitive offers for prospective employees
Maintaining regular contact with potential candidates and industry contacts
Ensuring all candidates have an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback
Liaising with recruitment agencies when necessary to build relationships and secure cost-effective and timely recruitment solutions
Recording, updating and analysing recruiting data using applicant tracking system (ATS)
Tracking metrics and using data for strategic analysis of recruitment campaigns Experience / Skills required:

Strong background in full cycle recruitment is essential
Demonstrated experience recruiting for a broad range of positions
Proven success in leading the planning, sourcing, screening and hiring of talent across different business functions
Ability to manage high volume requisition openings
Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret applicant data, to develop criteria for candidate selection and make hiring recommendations
Ability to demonstrate innovation and outside of the box thinking with recruitment search techniques.
Knowledge of recruiting components including employment policies and practices, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
Strong planning and organisational skills, with critical attention to detail.
Responsive with a strong sense of urgency
Competent IT skills
