Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 8:30am - 4:15pm / 11:30am - 7:15pm and then every other Saturday between 9am - 5pm.
Location: Cheadle
Rate: £9.74ph
My client is a British motoring association, who provide vehicle insurance, driving lessons, breakdown cover, loans, motoring advice, road maps and other services, are looking for friendly and confident customer service advisors to join their team due to growth. This role will be working on-site for 1 month whilst training then you will have the option to work from home.
The role
Receive incoming calls from existing customers to add European cover to their plan
Receive incoming calls from new customers - setting up new policiesThe successful candidates will be customer focused with the desire to offer excellent customer service. Good communication skills, verbal and written are essential.
