Job Title: Employer Liaison Officer
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Role Overview:
Pin Point Training are looking for a motivational/career driven individual to support delivery of outcomes for adult learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with live learners and employer partners to arrange interviews, maintain outcome tracking, and support our learners in achieving their employment goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Supporting induction of learners onto short classroom-based courses, giving them a full overview of the employment opportunities available to them
* Liaising with employer partners to remain up to date with volumes of job vacancies available for our learners
* Liaising with employer partners to arrange timely interviews and carryout destination tracking
* Providing impartial IAG to learners around job opportunities
* Working with recruitment partners to fully understand job opportunities available for our learners and gain knowledge of upcoming opportunities that may be a good fit for previous learners who have not yet gained employment
* Working with referral partners to identify additional learning needs for learners joining our programmes
* Be a point of contact for learners that are struggling with their professional development
* Develop to be an E&D champion for the business
* Single point of contact for Erasmus learners – accompanying them when travelling to Dublin from Sumer 2021 along with another staff member
* Ensure that General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) are adhered to with the sending of all information containing personal information of our learners, customers, suppliers, colleagues, stakeholders
* Maintaining good working relationships with recruitment company and partners
* Identify opportunities for growth, develop networks and working relationships in new areas
* Managing job boards to ensure all relevant vacancies remain live and up to date
Experience and Qualifications
Required
* The successful candidate will be enrolled onto a Level 4 Employability Practitioner Qualification.
Desirable
* Level 2 or higher IAG qualification
* Experience in a similar role, FE or recruitment sector
* Worked on an AEB or ESF (SSU) Programme before
* Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
* Experience of account management

Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
(8am start each Monday)
