This positions requires you to communicate with customers through live chat or email to answer questions, solve problems, research account activity and notes, troubleshoot any issues and provide guests with service solutions. If you have a customer service or administration background this would be an advantage.

Customer Service Agent
Temporary to Permanent
Bromsgrove – Office and Home based ROTATED
£8.91 per hour and after 12 weeks £9.48 per hour plus 5% shift allowance on late shifts.

Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Professionally respond to and resolve inquiries of incoming guest web chats across a wide variety of topics
Actively listen carefully to the customers questions or complaints before following protocol in order to resolve the issue or answer the question
Answer questions regarding policies, promotions, and general product inquiries
Document all chats clearly and thoroughly
Create sales orders, credit memos, service calls, credit adjustments and refund requests
Assist customers with changing delivery dates, adding or deleting items off an order
Answer general questions regarding refunds
May assist with chat escalation issues as needed
Actively up-sell products and services to guests
Possess solid communication skills in order to handle routine chat independently
Maintain detailed and clear notes regarding chats and be able to communicate effectively via online chat with guestsSHIFTS AVAILABLE
Working hours, rotational shifts between:

Monday - Friday 06.00am - 14.30pm
Sunday - Thursday 13:30pm - 22:00pm FROM HOME.Qualifications
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheet.
