Warehouse Operative

Re recruitment  is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work for one of our prestigous clients  based in Droitwich.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals that can demonstrate the ability to follow directions to produce high quality goods to our customers. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day manufacturing of goods.

In this role the key responsibilities will include:

•Following directions set by the production Team Leaders and Shift Managers

•Following procedures in order to produce high quality products

•Keeping the working environment safe, clean and tidy and adhering to hygiene standards, procedures and the “clean as you go” policy

•Ensuring that machinery is used appropriately and escalating any issues with equipment to the correct department

•Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
