Client Services/Sales Administrator Role- Hereford- £21,000 per annum
Our Client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies are looking to recruit an energetic individual who aspires to deliver an exceptional service to their current clients/customers.
You will have experience in the following:
Excellent Communication Skills/ Attention to Detail/ Commercial Awareness/ Team Working/ Influencing Others/ Decision Making/ Problem Solving/ Knowledge of SAGE/ Previous use of Microsoft Office programmes
Roles & Responsibilities:
Answering incoming telephone calls into the Company from existing and potential customers and handling the request or directing to the appropriate contact
Responsible for the receiving of orders from Sales Team, Operations Manager, entering the sale into SAGE, creation of the project
Responsible for the dispatch of samples of products to perspective and existing customers and following up in a timely manner
Complete a check on the accuracy of the order value and confirms before processing
Confirming stock levels and components required
Liaising with suppliers, purchasing of components needed to complete orders
Working closely with production, planning schedule of order and stock deliveries
Responsible for liaising with the client, providing clear and accurate information of order received and confirming delivery date
Responsible for setting stock re- order levels, stock management and keeping SAGE up to date with all current prices from suppliers
Responsible for working closely with Finance Controller on timely release of sales orders and sales invoices
Liaises directly with the warehouse with what is required to be dispatched and confirms dates
