Great Opportunity

You will join as a Stock Controller who will be responsible for managing a group of Stock Suppliers and Products, ensuring all targets, policies and procedures of Supply Chain are adhered to.

Stock Controller Responsibilities:

• Maintain all inventory data related to the products and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Project Teams on various related projects.
• Achieve stock levels set out in the KPI's
• Manage shortages and out of stocks
• Liaise with all stakeholders as required
• Build relationships with Suppliers utilising Supplier Relationship Management programme
• Contribute with internal Inbound Logistics to have most effective deliveries for our suppliers
• Manage issues with suppliers through stakeholders to resolution
• Arrange and coordinate emergency from outstores to depots
• review reports and update as necessary on behalf of the team and managers

Stock Controller Requirements:

• Must be competent in Microsoft packages, Excel in particular.
• Must have Stock Controller experience.
• Must have experience of dealing with customers/suppliers via telephone.
