ADMIN OFFICER (DATA ANALYSIS)
LEWES & HOME WORKING
11 WEEK INITIAL ASSIGNMENT
37 HOURS A WEEK
IMMEDIATE START
The role will include the following
Part1
* Daily Capacity Tracker monitoring (Excel skills needed)
* Chasing care homes who have not submitted required data (telephone and email communication skills needed)
* Processing purchase orders in accordance with the clients policy policy
* Support with interpreting external guidance (e.g. grant conditions)
* Support with the application of external guidance
* Support with policy development
* Communicating guidance to care homes and other interested parties
* Clearly recording all work done
Part 2
* updating a database of contacts (add/amend as necessary)
* Manage an email inbox responding to any queries and escalating any concerns as well as providing PDF's as requested
* Sending out invitations and reminders via email
* Create and send wording for publishing in a bulletin
* Arranging MS Teams meetings
* Collating PowerPoint slides, editing and proof reading as required.
* Manage Huddle on the day - including speaker preferences, advancing slides, participant interaction and trouble-shooting any technical issues that may arise.
* Edit recording as required in preparation for publishing
* Export and upload recording to YouTube
* Update Manager on provider participation (YouTube views, engagement tracker, and keep a log of upcoming presenters as agreed with the Project Manager.
Excel, MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, use of uploading content to YouTube, excellent telephone, and communications skills, able to escalate issues/concerns
Currently Working from Home - role will involve attending office on first day to undertake some initial training, and then will be home based due to COVID-19 until it is deemed appropriate for people to return to the office
