Mechanical Maintenance Engineers

£40,000
A world renowned bespoke manufacturing company are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineers. Over the past 5 years the site has doubled in size and head count, due to recent multi million pound investment and planning permission being granted the site is due to double again within the next 5 years. This will enable them to create fantastic new opportunities for the area and will make them number 1 in the UK within their industry. The new construction will enable them to bring the whole manufacturing process in house from Raw materials coming in to final product going out the door. You will be working a continental shift pattern.
You will be working on machinery such as Gas furnaces, hydraulic blades, extrusion presses, circular saws, automated conveyors, cranes, chain driven rollers, chemical baths/dosing and packaging equipment.
Your main roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
Interpreting of engineering drawings and pneumatic/fluid power layouts in order to identify and address recurring faults with equipment.
Working on a PPM schedule, attending breakdowns, conducting servicing
They have PLC's on site which are currently Siemens S7, you will be put on a training course if you don't have this knowledge already.
All Tools and Equipment will be provided.
Annual Salary: Just over £40,000
Shift: 12hr shifts (Continental Rota).
Overtime: x1.3 Mon-Fri x1.5 Sat x2 Sunday
