A BRAND NEW POSITION HAS JUST BECOME AVAILABLE FOR A CQC REGISTERED MANAGER TO JOIN A PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL MENTAL HEALTH AND DEMENTIA CARE HOME IN MARKET HARBOROUGH, LEICESTERSHIRE.

Annual Salary: £35,000 - £45,000pa

Hours and length of contract:
*PERMANENT ROLE
*FULL TIME: 42 hours per week
*Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30
*On call 24/7
*6-month probationary period
*The manager is looking for the position to be filled ASAP.

Daily Duties:
This wonderful opportunity gives you the chance to work within a purpose built care home for up to 40 adults with complex mental health, dementia and behavioural issues. The residents are aged 35 years upwards and the home provides a community that reflects life outside the home, where residents can achieve the best quality of life and health possible.

As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational management of the service within the policies, procedures and quality standards of the organisation and the CQC.

Responsibilities include:
*Ensuring that the home provides and maintains the highest level of care and service in accordance with the Company's mission, vision, policies and procedures
*Ensuring that person centred care plans are established, reviewed, maintained and implemented for all residents
*Manage effectively and efficiently all allocated resources of the home both human and financial.
*Planning the daily and weekly management of the home and support and ensure that the shift leaders carry out all their duties and responsibilities
*Organising and implementing a quality assurance system, monitoring audits that are carried out in the home and ensuring that action plans are actioned timeously.
*Undertaking staff supervisions and appraisals in accordance with the requirements of the CQC. and LCC.
*Carrying out assessment visits of residents wishing to move to the home and writing assessment reports on residents' needs resulting from visits.
*Liaising with the CQC and comply where appropriate with any requirements.
*Creating and implementing a marketing strategy for the Home and ensure that sales are maximized

Person specification:
Relevant health or social care qualification (such as RMN/Dip SW, degree or NVQ Level 4/5)

Relevant leadership and management qualification (equivalent to NVQ Level 4 or above) AND MUST be approved by CQC as Registered manager

Person specification:
The applicant must be DBS cleared for the position advertised and have previous experience in the field.
