Finishing Foreman/ Assistant Site Manager

My Client is looking for a Finishing Foreman/Assistant Site Manager across 2 sites between Biggleswade and Cambridge. The require the Candidate to drive and it is a 40 hour a week full time role.

MUST HAVE HOUSE BUILDING EXPERIENCE.

Qualifications:

CSCS Black Card (preferred)
SMSTS
Scaffold Inspection
First Aid Qualified

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of site management including:

Management of staff to ensure they are working to their fullest potential
Placing orders of material to ensure fluidity of the project
Ensuring budgets and costings are adhered to
Overseeing health and safety and ensuring all procedures are followed, with a zero tolerance to any discrepancies
Dealing with and communicating with contractors to ensure they are organised according to the schedule
Complete and providing regular progress reports to Contracts Manager and Construction Director
Ensure the smooth day to day running of a busy site
Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
Deliver excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Provide training to others and communicate concisely at all levels.
