Description
Key responsibilities included: assist the Head of service in organising their administrative workload and following up resultant actions, support email systems and management, support diary management, arranging appointments and meetings as appropriate, make administrative arrangements and the planning for internal and external meetings, provide administrative support, including preparing agendas, proof reading, producing minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are progressed, support preparation of information / reports & other adhoc duties as required.
Profile
The successful candidate:
Be immediately available
Have experience within an administrative position
Knowledge of standard software e.g. Microsoft Packages
Fantastic organisation skills & be able to meet tight deadlinesJob Offer
