We are currently recruiting for a Transport team leader for our client based in DE74. This role will be supervising the transport team on a daily basis.
Duties will include:
Ensuring all transport processes are adhered to an completed
Ensure effective people management
You will be the 1st point of reference for 1st tier escalations and dispute resolutions
Ensure teams are regularly updated on performance
Conduct daily reviews and briefings with the team
Identify talent at operative level and bring to the attention of shift managers
Requirements:
Team leader/first line management experience
Transport experience
Leadership and team work skills
Flexible within working hours
Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
Pay rate up to £29k dependable on experience
