This role may be required to provide personal care and  will work alongside adults with challenging behaviours. You will have responsibility for promoting and ensuring the safety, care, well-being, learning and development of the residents, to enable their growth in confidence and social and practical skills. You will be working on a shift basis working during the day, evenings and weekends.

  • 33 - 38 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing with your length of service with us.
  • Free lunches, evening meals in the home.

This role will also involve conveying students across locations so a driving license is required.
