Are you from a Residential Housing / Construction background, with an understanding of land planning, looking for a client focused role within a leading company, offering great training and scope for progression?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager, or someone looking to move into a business development role, to progress your career and play a pivotal role in the future successes of this market leading organisation.
This company cover a range of construction projects throughout the UK, and have a great reputation for developing their staff. Due to their continued expansion, they have introduced a new role of Development Manager to help grow the business.
You will be based in their head office, identifying and evaluating land opportunities, winning new contracts and developing long term relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within residential / social housing development and an understanding of land planning.
