Administrator/Receptionist
Our successful client based in Chelmsford are looking for an Administrator/Receptionist to join their friendly team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer telephone and direct calls as appropriate
- Receive and respond to email messages
- Maintain filing system
- Act as communication relay, making sure all parties receive the necessary information and that this information is accurate
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Arranging couriers
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Screening phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Professional approached
Location: Chelmsford
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
Salary: £9.50p/h (Potential increase after 12 weeks)
Start: End of May
Type: Temp (12 weeks) to Perm
