Description

This Accounts Payable position based in High Wycombe, will involve the following responsibilities:

Processing of supplier invoices and staff expenses, coding and obtaining approval via electronic invoice management system
Assisting with onboarding new suppliers and maintaining existing records
Raising monthly intercompany recharges
Weekly payment runs
Bank reconciliations
Credit card reconciliations
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post
Maintaining spreadsheets
Assistance with month end processingProfile

The successful candidate for this Accounts Payable position, will need to have the following skills:

Qualified by experience in Accounts Payable
Excel skills
Experience of working across countries
Deadline driven with excellent attention to detail and a self-starter
