The Payroll Manager role will be working from the HQ in Maidenhead.

Our client is one of the largest technology providers and they work with a really wide range of clients.
Description
This Payroll Manager position based in Maidenhead, will involve the following responsibilities:
To successfully manage the payroll processes, which will ensure that all deadlines relating to contractual and statutory requirements are achieved
To monitor and continue to develop effective communication with the Group's payroll provider in relation to service level agreements
Management of European contact to ensure the submission of monthly/annual payroll data is completed
To work with HR & Finance senior managers to ensure that payroll-related policies and procedures are delivered effectively and efficiently
Produce meaningful KPI analysis for the board reportProfile
The successful candidate for this Payroll Manager position, will need to have the following skills:
Previous Payroll experience
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Good communication skills
Good Excel skills
Attention to detail
Able to work independently
Can use own initiative
