Maintenance Operative

KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting for someone to join an extremely well known local employer where you will assist the Facility Manager & Maintenance Team with the upkeep of buildings across several sites.

You must be multi-skilled and preferably have Facility Maintenance experience

Hours 7.30am - 16.30pm Monday - Friiday 

Rate of Pay £11.54ph 

Duties To include
Logging / reporting maintenance issues.
Undertake PPM task i.e. minor joinery works
Complete Inductions with contractors.
Weekly Fire Alarm Tests
Basic plumbing desirable
Respond to reactive maintenance calls.
Ordering of materials to complete jobs
Point of contact for vendors.
Issue permits to work
Ordering and off hire of skips.
Moving of materials between sites.
Keep compliance paperwork up to date.
Driving license is essential and knowledge of COSHH

SMST – cert holder desirable
