Service Co-Ordinator

£20,000 - £23,000 Basic Salary

South Yorkshire / Derbyshire

My client is one of the fastest and well-respected critical power in the UK and they are looking to recruit a Service Co-Ordinator to join there friendly and successful team.

Role and Responsibilities

* Planning and co-ordinating all types of service works, repairs and emergency faults with customers
* Responding to any customers questions (email and phone)
* Scheduling engineers to certain jobs
* Raising paperwork and making sure it has been done correctly and efficiently.
* Updating databased with correct information
* Keeping customers updated with work that is being done.
* Managing serval things at once
* Liaising with managers

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

* Very good communication skills
* Experience in a Co-Ordinator role historically
* IT Literate
* Experience working in a telephone-based role.
* Ability to manage several different tasks at the same time.
