Building Surveying Consultancy | Housing Provider | Local Authority | Competitive Salary | Commercial Markets
Hays Recruitment are working with a growing Building Surveying Consultancy in East Sussex, Kent and Hampshire who are operate in a diverse range of commercial and residential projects. A business dedicated to providing a bespoke service to clients including a variety of building surveying solutions across property management and construction.
Apart of a wider Southern team, as the Chartered Building Surveyor you will operate across a variety of sectors to manage a range of building surveying commissions.
Main duties of the role:
Liaising with clients and developing long term business relationships
Maintaining high quality business services in line with client requirements
Delivering high quality building services projects and managing building surveying commissions including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects for new builds, refurbishment and maintenance works from feasibility through to design, contract administration to handover and post completion review.
Preparing and managing planned maintenance programmes
