Overview

Our Client is looking to recruit several Production Operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

* Assembling steel framework and cladded panels

* Loading and unloading wagons

* Assist and support Maintenance Technician

* Work towards the reduction of scrap/waste

* Packing and bundling assembled products

* Use hand and bench tools.

* Working on the line ensuring that the line is running efficiently.

* Achieving set levels of performance and product quality

* Communicating effectively within the workplace

* Adhering to all health and safety rules and regulations

All Training Provided. Experience desirable but not essential.

Shifts and Salary:

Three shift pattern.

6am – 2pm

2pm- 10pm

10pm – 6am

£8.91 per hour increasing to £ 11.60 for nightshift.

Flexibility to work 3 shift system required.
