Job Title: Production Operative
Overview
Our Client is looking to recruit several Production Operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
* Using a variety of handheld tools to assemble products.
* Working on a fast-paced production line
* General housekeeping duties
* Working on the line ensuring that the line is running efficiently.
* Experienced within a paintshop/paintline environment.
* Achieving set levels of performance and product quality
* Communicating effectively within the workplace
* Adhering to all health and safety rules and regulations
Must have own vehicle and be able to work shifts.
Shifts and Salary:
3 shift pattern.
6am – 2pm
2pm – 10pm
10pm – 6am
£8.91 per hour with a 20% shift allowance.
Overtime rate set at double time.
