This a excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join a successful organisation in Rotherham. Duties will range from: Raising Sales Orders/ PO's to providing general office support and covering reception. You will be working in a fast paced environment and due to the varied duties, no two days will be in same.

My client is an award winning manufacturing company based in the hearts of Rotherham with excellent transport links and free on-site parking. You will be working within a small, close-knit team to ensure that tasks are completed effectively.
Description
The key duties & responsibilities of the Administrator will entail:
Inputting weekly timesheets onto database
Raising Sales Invoices
Provide admin support for Imports/Exports within the business
Providing support to the accounts team & purchase processes and assisting with general administration duties
Covering reception as and when required, this includes; answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors, sorting incoming and outgoing mail.
Other general administration duties including filing, scanningProfile
The successful Administrator will have/ be:
Strong IT skills including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Some previous experience in a similar admin role is essential
Flexible in their approach to work and covering other departments
Able to accurately produce documents
Attention details
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
Strong communicational skillsJob Offer
