Sub Agent

Excellent opportunity for a Sub Agent with a Water and Civils experience to join a reputable civil engineering company on multiple water based projects, with great work variety, progression opportunities, autonomy alongside a generous salary and car.

This well-established company work with construction and civil engineering giants and have a varied, impressive clientele. They primarily work in labour supply and price delivery works and are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong utilities and water background to join their pricing team.

In this role you will be predominantly site based on multiple projects across the Thames Valley and Southern Water areas. The ideal candidate would be based around the Reading/Newbury area and able to commute to the office near Cirencester regularly. You will be responsible for setting out and managing the sites which will be water treatment based projects. You will be responsible for Health and Safety, Quality checks, subcontractors, dealing with materials, resources and ensuring the project is running to and delivered on time.
