Job Details

I am currently recruiting for an experienced customer service professional to join my market leading, highly prestigious global cosmetics client. Working within a busy and fast paced environment, the Customer Care Executive, will be responsible for supporting and working collaboratively within a busy team, supporting the businesses direct accounts to ensure that they are able to meet the needs of their customers in a timely and efficient manner.

As the Customer Care Executive, you will be able to demonstrate effective and efficient customer service skills, whilst handling order processing, managing disputes, management of returns and coordinating collections, managing queries both over the telephone & email along with ad hoc administration task.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Care Executive:

Act as a key point of contact for all UK & ROI salons, by contact methods such as telephone, & Emails
Ensure all queries are logged & dealt with in a 'Customer Centric' manner
Manage daily flow of orders to hit the delivery lead times and resolve any issues as quickly as possible
Liaise with commercial, customer care, warehouse, credit, transport, and carriers and to build up effective relationships with key stakeholders
Identify & Implement opportunities to improve the service to both internal & external customers through regularly getting feedback and being customer centric in your day to day approach
Support and lead on locally initiated projects & tasksWhat will the Customer Care Executive receive in return?

Experienced in a fast- paced Customer Care environment
Ability to build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Strong attention to detail skills & multitasking skills
A can- do attitude and ability to go above & beyond for your customer
Ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment.
Strong prioritisation and communication skills
