Maintenance Scheduler - 9 Months Maternity Cover
Aldershot
£27,500 per annum
My client is a market leading refurbishment company who operate across the residential and commercial sectors and pride themselves on their reputation for quality workmanship.
Specific duties and responsibilities of the role
Schedule jobs received from the helpdesk
Allocate and schedule jobs on the message board
Dealing with occupants via telephone to arrange and re-schedule appointments
Scan/upload manual job packs to propmain
Scan/upload certificates to propmain (electrical certs, pasteurisations)
Close down subcontractors jobs and upload manual job pack
Close down VPREP & VCLN jobs on propmain & upload manual job pack
Pass the EMCOs to the engineers and schedule to their tablet
Close down EMCOs manually if after working hours
Request "follow on" works and "assists" via NHP if required for jobs
Update void spreadsheet by adding in the new properties which have recently moved out
Update out of contract spreadsheet - VOOFs, REMMS
Contact subcontractors for updates on ongoing jobs
Answer helpdesk/occupants enquiries
Write the engineers manual diary page and send this every Friday
Respond to client reports
Upload timesheets to the N:Drive
Upload TBT to N-Drive
Upload Site inspections to the N:Drive
Upload dont walk by documents
Manual filing
