Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client as part of their Customer Service team.

Working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4.30pm on a Friday. This is a permanent position currently working from home 3 days per week and in the office 2 days per week. More hours may be required whilst training and as yet it has not been decided how the working week will look, whether it it will be a full time office based role when restrictions allow, or whether it will remain as a joint working from home and and working from the office position.

You must have proven customer service skills and experience; be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to undertake product training.

Role and responsibilities:

Ensure excellent customer service is given at all times
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails, prioritising where necessary
Strong ability to multitask in quick paced environment
Up-selling/sales support
Customer order fulfilment
Problem solving/troubleshooting
Complaint handling
Process new and maintain and update existing customer database
Undertake product training
General administration dutiesYou will need to be confident; have good communication skills; the ability to multitask and to be able to work well within a team. Previous experience working with Netsuite would be an advantage.
