Page Personnel are working with a very dynamic and stable manufacturing business in Wrexham to recruit a part time accounts assistant. This is excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team on a part time basis.

Our client are an investor in people and offer market leading training and development opportunities. They are a rapidly expanding business operating within the manufacturing, they are looking to recruit a passionate Accounts Assistant to join their team and support their accountancy team based in Wrexham on a part time basis.
Description
Key responsibilities for the Part Time Accounts Assistant include:
Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices in SAP
Supplier statement reconciliations
Assisting with payment runs
Staff expenses
Dealing with petty cash
Credit control duties
Dealing with incoming calls
Building new and existing client relationships
Adhoc support within the accounts team where requiredProfile
The successful part time accounts assistant will:
Have experience within a similar role
Proficient in excel including the use of vlook ups and pivot tables
Have used SAP or similar accounting software
Insurance industry experience would be an advantage
Very flexible approach to work
Work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
