Job Details

Job title-Complaints administrator

Location- Blyth

Rate-£10 p/h

Contract-3 months(possibility of extension)

Shift pattern-Monday-Friday 37 hours per week

Are you a highly motivated administrator that takes pride in your work on a day-to-day basis? Are you able to professionally handle complaints from first contact to issuing final responses?

Our client is looking for an experienced administrator that is able to;

Look through files and prepare reports
Deal with complaints and customer claims
Offer support to the repairs and maintenance team
Data inputIn return you will receive;
