Finance Administrator

Our client based in York city centre area provide environmental assessment service within renewable energy, due to increasing work load our client are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator.

As a Finance Administrator your duties would include.

Registering invoices under the correct supplier on the ledger for authorisation.
Passing approved invoices for payment, ensuring they are appropriately authorised.
Working with Project Managers to ensure invoices are authorised in a timely manner
Liaising with supplies to resolve any invoice queries
Maintaining an accurate filing system
Providing administrative support to other colleagues within the business as required which would include reception duties and arranging travel and accommodation bookings.The successful Finance Administrator will have.

Previous accounts experience and Sage 50 experience
Excellent numerical and administrative ability
Excellent communication skills
Good attention to detail
Be a good team player
Excellent IT Knowledge.This is an immediate start.

You will be working in the city centre office.

The salary is £18,000 to £21,000
