E-commerce (Amazon) Digital Sales & Marketing Supervisor

The Opportunity:

Join our Amazon Digital Sales and Marketing Team working on our Amazon Marketplaces and Vendor accounts across Europe.

This role would suit someone in a similar e-commerce assistant role looking to take the next step up to a supervisor role and gain more experience.

Become a key member of the “Teamson Europe Team” and play a major role in delivering the future growth that we fully expect to realise, thus achieving rapid and significant progression and all of the benefits that would bring.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 12 months experience in E-commerce Sales and Marketing.

Benefits:

  • £24,000 to £28,000 per annum

  • 20 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays
  • Bonus structure

 

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 9am -5pm
  • Friday 9am-4pm
  • Full time office based.

 

E-commerce Sales & Marketing Supervisor duties will include:

  • Managing advertising accounts daily, ensuring marketing is at maximum exposure within a budget.
  • Creating new product listings and writing content for A+ pages to enhance these.
  • Updating and maintaining store pages.
  • Optimising Listings including organising and uploading images.
  • Reporting daily to Amazon Team Leader.
  • Data Entry
  • Daily use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and online portals.
  • Creating daily reports.
  • Supervising junior team members.
  • FBA reviewing stock levels and creating shipments.
  • Creating promotions and deals events.
  • Working closely with our contacts at Amazon.
  • Forecasting
  • Analytical Data

Desired skills:

  • Experience working on Amazon or another e-commerce platform as a must.
  • Confident and articulate to write content for products.
  • Able to pick up things quickly but also accurately.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable working under pressure to ensure targets are met and project work is completed within agreed deadlines.
  • Confident with excel formulas and working on pricing.
  • Desire to grow and learn new skills.
  • IT proficient
  • Administrative skills & accurate data entry
  • Able to work towards and meet KPI’s.
